ABOUT THE7KING

From as early as high school SK was always an avid music lover.  His major musical influences included Tupac Shakur and Michael Jackson.  He began to write songs and lyrics, gaining the attention and recognition of his peers while attending college.  His first song was recorded during this time frame.  Battle rapping being a part of life during those days in that environment, he was even approached by other battle rappers requesting that he write some lyrics for them to use.  In 2004 he returned to Hampton, Virginia, feeling that school was not of his interest any longer.
